Richer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Universitas Andalas, Indonesia in 2015 and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2019 which he undertook under full scholarships from Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) administered by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. During his undergraduate study, Richer was an active member of the university’s international moot court community and had represented Universitas Andalas in several international moot court competitions whether as a delegate or a coach.

Prior to joining Rosetini and Partners, he was an intern in one of top tier law firms in Jakarta, a junior associate in a boutique law firm in Jakarta, and a legal counsel of a subsidiary of a State-Owned Enterprise in Jakarta that engaged in an oil and gas sector. At that time, he was in-charge-of various general corporate and employment matters. Whenever required, he was also assigned to handle the procurement of goods and/or services within the company.

Since joining the Firm in 2020, he has been handling various legal matters, transactions, and dispute resolutions of Indonesian and foreign companies, including general corporate and commercial, foreign investment, intellectual property, employment, arbitration, and litigation matters.

Richer is a qualified Indonesian advocate and is a member of PPKHI.

Aside from his professional life as a lawyer, Richer is strength training and martial arts enthusiasts. He practices calisthenics, powerlifting, karate-do, judo, and kickboxing regularly.
