Requirements :

The applicants shall have:

  • a Law Degree (SH), with a good academic track record
  • at least 1-2 years of work experience in general corporate matters, banking and finance, investment and merger and acquisitions
  • an advocate license
  • good communication skills and an excellent command of the English language, both spoken as well as written; and
  • the ability to work both individually as well as in a team.

  • an advocate license

  • the ability to work well both individually and in a team
Requirements :

The applicant shall have:

  • a Law Degree (SH), with a good academic track record
  • minimum 5 years of work experience in general corporate and commercial matters, banking and finance, investment, projects, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, in a reputable law firm
  • leadership experience, managing clients’ projects/transactions
  • an advocate license
  • excellent analytical skills
  • good communications skills and an excellent command of the English language, both spoken as well as written; and
  • the ability to work well both individually and in a team
